GlobalMBA - Studying around the world to understand global business

Starting in the fall of 2025, the Schumpeter School of Business and Economics joins the GlobalMBA program offered by the University of North Florida at Jacksonville and the University of Warsaw. This unique program combines studies in international management and intercultural communication with an academic journey around the world.
Students will complete the three-semester program with two degrees, an MBA from the University of North Florida and a European Master’s degree from the University of Warsaw. They will spend one semester each in Germany, Poland and the U.S. with a summer school visit to Asia between the second and third semester.
For the 2025/26 cohort, the program starts in October 2025 at the University of Wuppertal. Courses offered at the University of Wuppertal include International Management Accounting, Making Decisions with Data, Intercultural Communication, Applied Intercultural Communication (with a focus on communication with customers) and Business Environment: Germany. Courses are taught in an interactive style and will be complemented by visits to successful companies from the Wuppertal region – all of them active in international markets while strongly anchored in regional economic structures and culture.

Please note: The University of Wuppertal does not yet offer enrolment and an own degree for the program. Students from European countries, including Germany, should register at the University of Warsaw to participate as part of the 2025/26 cohort. Students from the U.S. need to enrol at the University of North Florida, If you are from another region, please contact either one of the two universities to clarify your options for enrolment.
